Before you go to bed at night, after you have taken off all your makeup, after you have shower so your hair is just brushed, &completely natural, and right after you get into the most comfortable pair of pajamas you own.. go up to a mirror, the biggest mirror in your house, and look into that mirror and justsmile at yourself. concentrate on everything you love about yourself. don't allow your mind to focus on any flaws you may see. tell yourself that your are beautiful and that you love who you are. I want you to know you are perfect, as YOU. as who you are suppose to be at this time of your life.. you are perfect. and the fact that you can smile, that you can laugh, and that you can love, makes you truly beautiful.
